Shipping policy

Local Delivery Only Bella Botanica Studios offers local hand-delivery only. We do not ship orders via courier, postal service, or any third-party carrier. All orders are personally delivered by our team to ensure your arrangements arrive fresh and beautiful.

Delivery Zone We deliver within a designated local area. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Fees A delivery fee will be applied at checkout based on your location within our delivery zone.

Delivery Timing We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date and time. Delivery windows will be confirmed after your order is placed. Please note that same-day delivery is subject to availability.

Order Cutoff Times To ensure your arrangement is prepared with care, we ask that orders be placed at least 48 hours in advance. For special events or large orders, please contact us as early as possible.

Failed Deliveries If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location and notify you. Bella Botanica Studios is not responsible for arrangements left unattended after a delivery attempt.
