Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bella Botanica Studios, every arrangement is handcrafted with fresh, seasonal blooms and made to order with care. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

Quality Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement. We will work with you to offer a replacement arrangement or store credit. We are unable to offer refunds after the 24-hour window has passed.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund, as your arrangement will already be in preparation.

Event & Custom Orders A non-refundable deposit is required for all wedding and event florals. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellations of event orders are not eligible for a deposit refund.

Flower Substitutions While we do our best to source the exact blooms shown, seasonal availability may require substitutions. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the intended colour palette and style of your arrangement.

Delivery We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipients being unavailable at the time of delivery. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.
